Citizens Bank Introduces PAN Update & Balance Certificate Request via Mobile Banking App
Citizens Bank International Limited has added new features to its mobile banking app, allowing users to update their PAN and request a balance certificate from home. This initiative aims to provide hassle-free banking without visiting branches.
The bank, which recently won the Bank of the Year 2024 award, also launched Nepal’s first virtual credit card in collaboration with Fonepay. With 199 branches across 60 districts, Citizens Bank continues to expand its digital banking services.
