Citizens Bank International Limited, providing reliable and accessible banking services for the past 18 years, has donated Rs. 200,000 to Baby Life Home, a care center for HIV-infected children, as part of its 18th anniversary celebration.

The center currently shelters 27 children and faces challenges in offering education, healthcare, and nutrition to underprivileged HIV-positive children. The donation aims to support their well-being and education.

The bank has a tradition of supporting social organizations on its anniversary each year. Continuing this commitment, it plans to carry out more CSR activities in the future to bring positive change in social, economic, educational, and cultural sectors.

Recently, Citizens Bank was awarded the prestigious "Bank of the Year 2024" title and introduced Nepal’s first virtual credit card in collaboration with FonePay, along with services like share applications and CRN number requests through its mobile banking app. The bank currently operates 200 branches, 168 ATMs, and serves 1.85 million customers across 61 districts in Nepal.
