Citizens Bank Opens 200th Branch in Khotang, Expanding Services in Koshi Province

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has inaugurated a new branch in the Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality, Ward 1, in the Khotang district of Koshi Province. This brings the total number of branches to 200, with 28 branches operating in the Koshi Province.

The new branch aims to provide excellent retail banking services, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses and will offer free mobile banking and internet banking services for the first year.

On the same day, the bank donated computers and printers to Shree Mahendrodaya Secondary School in Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility program.

The bank, recently recognized as "Bank of the Year 2024," has introduced several innovative services, including the Citizens PhonePay Credit Card and mobile banking services for share applications and CRN number services.
