Citizens Bank Partners with Bhokmantra Pvt Ltd for Special Customer Discounts

Citizens Bank International Limited has signed an MoU with Bhokmantra Pvt Ltd in Gongabu, Kathmandu, offering up to 10% discounts to its cardholders and mobile banking users. This collaboration aims to encourage digital transactions over cash payments, aligning with the bank's efforts to promote digital banking channels.

Citizens Bank, recently awarded the prestigious "Bank of the Year 2024" title, has also introduced Nepal's first virtual credit card, the "Citizens FonePay Credit Card," enabling users to access credit card services via mobile phones without a physical card. The bank serves over 1.8 million customers through 197 branches, 162 ATMs, and 74 branchless banking units across 60 districts, continuously enhancing customer-friendly digital services.
