Citizens Bank Partners with Modern Diagnostic Center to Offer Up to 20% Discount for Digital Users

Citizens Bank International Ltd. has signed an agreement with Modern Diagnostic Center Nepal in Butwal to offer special discounts to its customers. Following the agreement, Citizens Bank cardholders and mobile banking users will receive up to 20% discount at the diagnostic center. This initiative aims to benefit customers while promoting digital transactions over cash.

The bank continues to introduce customer-friendly digital services to encourage digital payments. Citizens Bank recently launched Nepal’s first virtual credit card, “Citizens FonePay Credit Card,” and became the first to offer share applications and CRN services via its mobile banking app. Serving 1.85 million customers, the bank operates through 200 branches, 168 ATMs, 3 extended counters, and 74 branchless banking units across 61 districts.
