Citizens Bank Partners with The Malla Hotel for 15% Discount

Citizens Bank International Limited has signed an agreement with The Malla Hotel, Kathmandu, to offer a 15% discount to its cardholders, privilege card users, and mobile banking customers. The initiative aims to promote cashless transactions and enhance digital banking adoption.

Recently awarded the "Bank of the Year 2024", Citizens Bank has been introducing innovative digital services, including Nepal’s first virtual credit card (Citizens FonePay Credit Card) and CRN number application via mobile banking. With 200 branches across 61 districts, the bank serves 1.85 million customers through modern banking solutions.
