Citizens Bank Partners with Vatsalya Natural IVF for Special Discounts on Services

Citizens Bank International Ltd. has signed an agreement with Vatsalya Natural IVF, Narayanchaur, Kathmandu, to offer special discounts to its customers. Under this partnership, Citizens Bank cardholders and mobile banking users will receive up to a 10% discount on services at Vatsalya Natural IVF. The bank believes this collaboration will not only benefit customers but also promote digital transactions over cash payments.

Citizens Bank has been actively introducing customer-friendly digital banking services, including Nepal’s first "Citizens PhonePay Credit Card" and mobile-based share application and CRN services. The bank, which recently won the prestigious "Bank of the Year 2024" award, operates across 60 districts with 198 branches, 163 ATMs, 3 extension counters, and 74 branchless banking units, serving over 1.85 million customers.
