Citizens Bank to convene its 17th AGM on Ashoj 26; to endorse proposal of 5.79% cash dividend

Citizens Bank through its board meeting has decided to convene its 17th AGM for the FY 2079-80 on Ashoj 26, 2080.
The AGM will be endorsing a 5.79% cash dividend worth Rs 82.21 crore for its shareholders from the profit it earned during the previous fiscal year, as per the media statement.
the bank currently has 188 branches, 148 ATM outlets and 97 branchless banking units under its network.
