Citizens Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of Citizens Mutual Fund 2

Citizens Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme. 19th Bhadra, 2080 is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
The meeting of the 114th Board of Directors of Citizens Capital Limited, held on 7th Bhadra decided to distribute an 8% cash dividend worth Rs. 4.48 Crores for Citizens Mutual Fund-2 (CMF2) for the fiscal year 2079/80 to its unit holders.
