Citizens Capital Limited Holds Eighteenth Annual General Meeting

On September 2, 2024 (Bhadra 17, 2081), Citizens Capital Limited held its eighteenth annual general meeting at Attic Meeting Hall in Kathmandu.
The meeting approved a 15.50% cash dividend for FY 2080/81 and ratified various financial reports and statements, including the annual report, auditor's report, and financial statements.
Additionally, the meeting endorsed the appointment and remuneration of the auditor for FY 2081/82, as well as revisions to the director's appointments and meeting allowances.
