Citizens Life Insurance Company Calls AGM on 15th Chaitra; To Endorse 28.40% Dividend

Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited (CLI) has called its 8th AGM on 15th Chaitra, 2081. The meeting will be held in Amrapali Banquet, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 28.40% dividend for FY 2080/81. The 115th Board of Directors meeting on Falgun 8 has proposed a 28.40434698% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. 26.98412698% bonus shares and 1.42022% cash dividends have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 1.06 Arba, and the cash dividend (including tax) is worth Rs. 5.59 crore. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 3.93 Arba.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Falgun 28 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
