City Hotel Limited (CITY) has unveiled the book closure date and has called the 8th AGM on Poush 20, 2080.
The company has not proposed any dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The current paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.67 Arba.
Poush 8 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that are entitled to attend the AGM.
As of writing, CITY closed at Rs. 615.
