City Hotel Limited Schedules AGM for Poush 26 to Approve 80% Right Share Issuance

City Hotel Limited (CITY) has called its 9th AGM on 26th Poush, 2081. The meeting will be held in Kalimati Banquet, Kalimati, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 1:0.80 or 80% right shares. The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 14, 2081 has decided to issue the 80% right shares on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.67 Arba. Hence, after the issue of 1,33,92,000 units of right shares, the paid-up capital of the company will increase to Rs. 3.01 Arba.
Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report along with the profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, and to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82. There is an agenda to elect a director from the promoter shareholding group and to approve the appointment of an independent director.
The book closure date is from Poush 16. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.
