Civil Capital Market welcomes Mr. Bhola Bahadur Bista as new chairman

Civil Bank, through its board meeting held on Falgun 4, 2079, has appointed Mr. Bhola Bahadur Bista as the BoD of Civil Capital Markets to be effective from Falgun 11, 2079 while the board meeting of Civil Capital Markets held on Falgun 14 appointed Mr. Bista as the chairman of the company.
The merchant banker currently serves as the issue manager, DP, PMS service, share underwriter and corporate advisory service, as per the media statement.
