Civil Laghubitta convenes 11th AGM; endorses 11.58% dividend and rebrands itself as Himalayan Laghubitta

Civil Laghubitta convened its 11^th AGM on Falgun 29, 2079 under the leadership of the company’s chair Mr. Sachin Jung Rayamajhi.

The AGM has decided to approve 11% bonus shares and 0.58% cash dividend for its shareholders for the previous fiscal year, as per the media statement.

The AGM has also endorsed the proposal to rename the laghubitta as Himalayan Laghubitta following the acquisition of Civil Bank, the then mother institution of Civil Laghubitta by Himalayan Bank, as per the media statement. 

The microfinance has 75 branches and serves more than 74 thousand rural households in Nepal, as per the media statement.
