Closing Day of Siddhartha Bank "8.50% SBL Debenture 2084"; Interested Investors can apply till today

Siddhartha Bank Limited is closing the issue of Rs 3 arba worth 8.50% SBL Debenture 2084 from today (Ashwin 12, 2077). The debenture will have an 8.50% interest yield. All the interested investors can apply till today.
Out of a total of 30 lakh unit debentures, 12 lakh unit will be available for the general investors while the remaining 18 lakh unit debentures will be sold through private placement. NMB Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the issue.
Interested investors will need to apply for a minimum of 25 unit debentures from the ASBA approved institutions and via their Meroshare portals within the stipulated date.
