In a collaborative effort to promote environmental sustainability, the Jane Goodall Institute Nepal, Laxmi Sunrise, Tika Vidyashram Higher Secondary School, and the Revolution Project planted a 250-tree native pocket forest at Tika Vidyashram in Kathmandu. The initiative, employing the Miyawaki technique for dense forest creation, aims to enhance biodiversity and foster a lasting connection to nature for the local community.

Dr. Jane Goodall, a renowned environmentalist, praised the project for its role in environmental education and sustainability. Supported financially by Laxmi Sunrise, the project aligns with the bank’s commitment to planting 1,000 trees, pledged during its recent golf tournament. This initiative underscores the power of partnerships between organizations in addressing environmental challenges and promoting collective action for ecological preservation.
