Conversion of Promoter Shares of Mero Microfinance Laghubitta; Shareholding Ratio Changed To 59.4 :40.6

A notice has been published by Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MERO) where the promoter-public shares conversion from the existing 69.40% - 30.60% has been changed to 59.40% - 40.60% as granted by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsed by their 11th AGM.
As of now, the company has 13,200,000 unit shares listed in NEPSE. Likewise, the shareholding structure consisted of promotors (69.40%) i.e. 9,160,800 units, and the public (30.60%) i.e. 4,039,200 units. Now, it has been converted to 59.40% Promoter shares i.e. 78,40,800 units, and 40.60% Public shares i.e. 53,59,200 units.
This means about 13,20,000 units were added to the public shareholders.
MERO closed at Rs.716.00.
