Conversion of Promoter Shares of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta; Shareholding Ratio To Be Changed To 63.87:36.13

A notice has been published by Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) where the promoter-public shares conversion from the existing 69.48% - 30.52% will be changed to 63.87% - 36.13% as granted by Nepal Rastra Bank.
As of now, the company has 5,990,968 unit shares listed in NEPSE. Likewise, the shareholding structure consisted of promotors (69.48%) i.e. 41,62,524.5664 units, and the public (30.52%) i.e. 18,28,443.4336 units. Now, it will be converted to 63.87% promoter shares i.e. 38,26,431.2616 units, and 36.13% Public shares i.e. 21,64,536.7384 units
Promoter shareholders must inform the company's head office within 35 days from the notice publication if they wish to retain their shares under the new structure.
SMATA closed at Rs. 846.00.
