Conversion of Promoter Shares of Samriddhi Finance; Shareholding Ratio To Be Changed To 51:49

A notice has been published by Samriddhi Finance Company Limited (SFCL) where the promoter-public shares conversion from the existing 59.37% - 40.63% will be changed to 51% - 49% as granted by Nepal Rastra Bank.
As of now, the company has 8,189,114 unit shares listed in NEPSE. Likewise, the shareholding structure consisted of promotors (59.37%) i.e. 4,913,469 units, and the public (40.63%) i.e. 3,275,645 units. Now, it will be converted to 51% promoter shares i.e. 41,76,448.14 units, and 49% Public shares i.e. 40,12,665.86 units
Promoter shareholders must inform the company's head office within 35 days from the notice publication if they wish to retain their shares under the new structure.
SFCL closed at Rs. 568.00.
