Conversion of Promoter Shares of Samudayik Laghubitta; Shareholding Ratio To Be Changed To 61.11:38.89

A notice has been published by Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBSL) where the promoter-public shares conversion from the existing 69.65% - 30.35% will be changed to 61.11% - 38.89% as granted by Nepal Rastra Bank.

As of now, the company has 1,708,050 unit shares listed in NEPSE. Likewise, the shareholding structure consisted of promotors (69.65%) i.e. 1,189,657 units, and the public (30.35%) i.e. 518,393 units. Now, it will be converted to 61.11% promoter shares i.e. 10,43,789.355 units, and 38.89% Public shares i.e. 6,64,260.645 units

Promoter shareholders must inform the company's head office within 35 days from the notice publication if they wish to retain their shares under the new structure.

SLBSL closed at Rs. 1,800.00.
