Corporate Development Bank and Ganapati Laghubitta Declare No Dividends for FY 2080/81

Corporate Development Bank Limited (CORBL) has announced that it will not distribute dividends for the Fiscal Year 2080/81. This decision was made during the 6th Board Meeting held on Poush 03, 2081. The declaration remains subject to the approval of the financial statements by Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

CORBL's stock closed at Rs. 1,610.00.

Similarly, Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GMFBS) has also decided against distributing dividends for FY 2080/81. The resolution was passed during its 123rd Board Meeting held on Poush 03, 2081. Like GMFBS, this decision is contingent upon the regulatory approval of financial statements and the company’s AGM.

GMFBS's stock closed at Rs. 1,719.80.
