Corporate Development Bank (CORBL) Auctioning 1,20,120 Unclaimed Right Shares From Today

Corporate Development Bank Limited (CORBL) is auctioning the unclaimed portion of its ordinary right shares. The auction will open today, i.e. on 16th Chaitra and close on 24th Chaitra, 2078.
A total of 1,20,120 units of ordinary right shares will be auctioned. This is the unclaimed portion of the 1:1.5 rights offering for 30,00,000 shares that opened on 7th Magh and closed on Falgun 13, 2078.
The general public, companies, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction. Rs. 100 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. While the minimum bid quantity is 100 units, there is no upper limit for both shares. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
