Correction in the market observed as NEPSE loses 7.48 points; two companies hit the positive circuit

The market today changed trends and fell below 1255 points at its lowest point. The benchmark index lost 0.59% or 7.48 points and closed at 1263.38 points. The turnover amount stood at Rs.1.02 Arba achieved through trade of 3,466,982 units of shares traded through 11,310 transactions trading scrips of 183 listed companies in the process.
Promoter Shares of Prabhu Bank (PRVUPO) dominated the trade today with turnover of Rs.11.43 Crore achieved through trade of 900,000 units of shares. The LTP of the scrip stood at Rs.127 per share.
Two companies hit the positive circuit today, they were Rairang Hydropower Development Company (RRHP) and Salt Trading Corporation (STC) after gaining 10% each. Dibyashwari Hydropower Limited (DHPL) was today’s top loser as it lost 8.62% or 5 points, closing at Rs.53 per share.
Sensitive Index lost 2 points and closed at 274.28 points while Float Index lost 0.59 points and closed at 89.35 points.
