Crest Micro Life Insurance Calls AGM With an Agenda to Discuss IPO Issuance

Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited has called its 1st AGM on 5th Chaitra, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Suva Hotel Pvt. Ltd., Chinapool, Birendranagar, Surkhet, starting at 11:00 AM.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the annual report of the company
2) Endorse the auditor's report for 2079/80 with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2080/81.
4) Regarding the election of the Board of Directors.
5) To approve the appointment of the independent directors.
6) To determine the remuneration, allowances, and facilities of the Board of Directors.
7) To issue ordinary shares to the general public.
8) To give all the authority to the Board of Directors to perform the necessary procedures for the IPO.
9) To deploy the capital acquired through the public issuance of ordinary shares
10) Miscellaneous.
