Crest Micro Life Insurance Launches Micro Insurance Scheme to Support Marginalized Communities

Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited has received approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority to offer micro-insurance services, targeting Nepal's poor, low-income residents, and marginalized populations in backward areas.

The Samriddhi Laghu Life Insurance Scheme offers coverage from ages 18 to 60 for periods ranging from 5 to 20 years, with policies starting at NPR 10,000.

It features low premiums, savings, tax exemptions, and benefits for dependents, aiming to enhance insurance literacy and provide financial security through life protection, maturity benefits, disability coverage, and support for education, marriage, and other social needs.
