Crest Micro Life Insurance Shares Listed on Nepal Stock Exchange

On April 09, 2025, Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) and Crest Micro Life Insurance (CREST) finalized an agreement to list 7,500,000 ordinary shares with a face value of Rs. 100 each.
The public offering distributed 2,250,000 shares (30%) to the public and 5,250,000 shares (70%) to the promoters. The shares are now listed as per the Securities Listing Regulations 2075.
Trading of the shares will begin on the second market from the second trading day. Himalayan Investment Bankers Limited will handle RTS services post-listing.
