Cutoff for auctioned promoter shares of RMDC Laghubitta stood at Rs.319.50; 14 applicants received
NRB had been selling 323,525 units of promoter shares i.e. 4.05% its holding of RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDCPO) via auction. The bid opening date of the auction was held on 19th Shrawan, 2076.
As per the officials at NRB, the cutoff for the auctioned shares stood at Rs.319.50. A total of 14 applications had been received and the maximum bid amount stood at Rs.330. The auctioned shares have been fully subscribed.
