Cweda Equity Fund Calls 4th AGM to Finalize CEO's Remuneration and Key Proposals

Cweda Equity Fund Limited has announced its fourth Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Poush 22, 2081 (January 6, 2025). The meeting will begin at 3:30 PM at the company’s registered office in Lazimpat-02, Kathmandu.

Key proposals to be discussed during the AGM include:

1. Approval of the annual report for the fiscal year 2080/81.
2. Appointment of an auditor and determination of their remuneration.
3. Determination of benefits for directors.
4. Fixation of remuneration and benefits for the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Cweda Equity Fund Limited was granted permission on Bhadra 5, 2081 (August 22, 2024) by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to operate as a fund manager in accordance with the Specialized Investment Fund Regulations, 2075.
