Daraz Launches 2025 Future Leaders Programme to Empower Young Talent in South Asia

Daraz has launched the 2025 edition of its Daraz Future Leaders Programme (DFLP), a 15-month management trainee initiative across Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

Starting in July 2025, the program offers fresh graduates hands-on experience through cross-functional rotations, mentorship from senior leaders, and exposure to real-world e-commerce challenges.

Applications open on April 21 for 14 days via the Daraz Career page. DFLP aims to build future leaders and strengthen Daraz’s commitment to digital transformation and talent development in South Asia.
