DCGF closing the auction of promoter shares of RMDC Laghubitta and Grameen Bikas Laghubitta from today
Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund is closing the auction of 2,632 units promoter shares of RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha and 3,194 units promoter share of Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha from today.
The auction starts from 11th Bhadra and concludes today i.e. 14th Ashoj, 2077.
The minimum bid price of RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is Rs. 398.7 per share. Meanwhile, the minimum bid price of Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is Rs. 109.70. Bids can only be placed at or higher than the specified minimum rate.
Furthermore, 10% of the total monetary amount applied for should be deposited in the fund's bank account at Citizens Bank International.
