Deadline Extended for "7.50% Everest Bank Limited Debenture 2091"; Issue to Close on Chaitra 03

Everest Bank Limited (EBL) has extended the deadline for issuing 30,00,000 units of "7.50% Everest Bank Limited Debenture 2091" to the general public and institutions until 3rd Chaitra, 2081.
The debenture, which has a 10-year maturity period and a coupon rate of 7.50%, was open for application on the 18th of Falgun, 2081.
30,00,000 units will be issued at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit. Of the total number of units issued, 60%, or 18 lakh units, will be subscribed via private placement. The remaining 12 lakh units, worth Rs. 1.20 Arba, will be open for public issue, and 5%, or 60,000 units, is also allocated to mutual funds. The issuance will raise a total of Rs 3 Arba.
LS Capital Limited is the issue manager. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 12,00,000 units.
