Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) has extended the deadline for the auction of 5,81,251 units of promoter shares till 11th Ashadh, 2081.
Kumari Bank Limited has been selling 5,81,251 units of promoter shares in an auction. Earlier, the auction commenced on the 29th of Jestha, 2081, and is intended to finish today, i.e. on the 4th of Ashadh, 2081. However, due to an insufficient number of applications, the auction has been extended until the 11th of Ashadh.
Interested general public/institutions can bid for the auction. Rs. 100 is the minimum bid rate. The minimum bid quantity for promoters’ shares is 1,00,000 units.
