Deadline for "8.75% Prime Debenture 2085" Extended

Prime Commercial Bank Limited has opened the debenture issue titled "8.75% Prime Debenture 2085" from 28th Falgun. The issue was supposed to close today, i.e. on Chaitra 03, 2077. Since the issue is not fully subscribed by the closing date, the deadline has been extended till Chaitra 13.

35,00,000 units are issued at Rs.1000 per unit. While 21 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement, 14 lakh units have been issued to the general public (mutual funds included). As the name suggests, this debenture will pay 8.75% interest/ returns to investors annually.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 5,00,000 units.
