Deadline of "8.5% Sanima Debenture 2087" Extended

Sanima Bank Limited has opened the issue of "8.5% Sanima Debenture 2087" to the general public from 1st Poush. The debenture has 40,00,000 units issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit.

Since the issue is not fully subscribed, the deadline has been extended to 15th Poush. Note that if the issue is subscribed fully from both the public and private subscribers, the issue might close earlier.

The debenture will mature 10 years from now, i.e. in the year 2087. While 16 lakh units will be open to the general public, 24 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement. 5% of the public issue, i.e. 80,000 units are reserved for mutual funds.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 16 lakh units.
