Lumbini Bikas Bank has appointed Nabil Investment Banking as issue manager to float its Rs 1 arba worth 11% LBBL Debenture 2089 to the general public.
The MoU regarding the issue management was signed between Deputy CEO of the Bank Mr. Umesh Regmi and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Manish Narayan Joshi amid a program on Baisakh 29, 2079.
The Bank currently serves with its 83 branches spread across the nation, as per the media statement.
