Deprosc Laghubitta convenes 21st AGM; endorses 21.05% dividend and acquisition of Adarsha Laghubitta

Deprosc Laghubitta has convened its 21^st AGM under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Deepak Khanal.

The AGM has approved 10% bonus shares and 11.052632% cash dividends for its shareholders for the previous fiscal year. The paid-up capital of the company will scale up to Rs 1.52 arba after the bonus shares, as per the media statement.

The AGM has also endorsed to acquire Adarsha Laghubitta in the share swap ratio of 100% and had authorized the board to look into all the ongoing and upcoming merger-related prospects of the institution, as per the media statement.

The microfinance has 149 branches in 71 districts and serves more than 2.45 lakh rural households in Nepal, per the media statement.
