Deprosc Laghubitta to acquire Banepa-based Adarsha Laghubitta; 2 institutions ink MoU of acquisition

Bharatpur-based Deprosc Laghubitta has signed an acquisition agreement with Banepa-based Adarsha Laghubitta so as to form a more stable and strengthened microfinance institution.
The MoU of the acquisition was signed between Chairman of Deprosc Laghubitta Mr. Dipak Khanal and the chairman of Adarsha Laghubitta Ms. Surya Kumari Shrestha amid a program, as per the media statement.
