Dev Urja Construction Completes Civil and Hydro-Mechanical Works for Upper Trishuli 'A' Hydroelectric Project

Dev Urja Construction Pvt. Ltd. has successfully completed the civil and hydro-mechanical works for the 22.5 MW Upper Trishuli 'A' Hydroelectric Project. The company finished these tasks by the end of Falgun 2081, ahead of schedule, and handed over the work to the electro-mechanical team.

Despite facing challenges such as landslides and weather disruptions during construction, Dev Urja Construction overcame these hurdles through determination and hard work. The project's civil and hydro-mechanical works began in 2079 and are expected to be completed by 28th Ashwin 2082. The total cost of the project is estimated at NPR 3.94 billion, with 75% financed through loans and 25% through equity investment from institutions like Citizens Bank, Agricultural Development Bank, and Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited.
