Dhaulagiri Laghubitta and Khaptad Laghubitta Receive Final Approval From Company Register Office for Merger

The company registrar office has approved the merger between Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (DLBS) and Khaptad Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KLBS), and the new company formed as a result will be named "Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited."

Furthermore, the merger has received final approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) as indicated in the letter issued on Ashad 11. The companies will commence their joint business operations on the 20th of Ashad, 2080. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the merger was signed on the 18th of Mangsir, 2079.

Prior to the merger, DLBS had 10.31 lakh units of its IPO shares listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), resulting in a total paid-up capital of Rs. 10.31 Crores. On the other hand, KLBS had 4 lakh units of its shares listed, leading to a total paid-up capital of Rs. 4 Crores.

After the merger, the central office of Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will be located in Gandaki Province, Baglung District, Baglung Municipality.
