Dibyashwari Hydropower Company Limited Calls AGM on Poush 28 with These Agendas

Dibyashwari Hydropower Company Limited (DHPL) has called its 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th AGM on 28th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in Sky Durbar Banquet Pvt. Ltd., Singhadurbar, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of the annual report for the fiscal years 2075/76, 2076/77, 2077/78, and 2078/79 prepared by the board of directors.
2) Endorsement of the report for the fiscal years 2075/76, 2076/77, 2077/78, and 2078/79 prepared by separate auditors.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80 and approval of their compensation.
4) Approve decisions made for past AGMs by the Board of Directors.
5) Misc.
Books will be closed from Poush 14 to Poush 27. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
As of writing, DHPL has an LTP of Rs. 172.
