Dividend Declared: 10.50% for NIC Asia Growth Fund and 10% for NIC Asia Balanced Fund

NIC Asia Growth Fund (NICGF) and NIC Asia Balanced Fund (NICBF) have both declared the dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80 respectively.

The 131st meeting of the board of directors of NIC Asia Capital held on Ashwin 27 has decided to distribute a 10.50% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 8.76 Crores to the unitholders of NIC Asia Growth Fund and a 10% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 7.55 Crores to the unitholders of NIC Asia Balanced Fund for the fiscal year 2079/80.

NIC Asia Growth Fund (NICGF) is a closed-end fund with a maturity of 7 years and NIC Asia Balanced Fund (NICBF) is a closed-end fund with a maturity of 10 years are the mutual fund schemes sponsored by NIC Asia Bank and managed by NIC Asia Capital. The fund size of "NICGF" is Rs. 83.52 crores and that of "NICBF" is Rs. 75.50 crores.
