Do Not Forget: Last Day to Clinch Dividend of Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL)

Today is the last trading day in the NEPSE to grab the dividend of Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL).

Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) has called its 20th AGM on Poush 15. The meeting will be held in Alice Reception, Gairidhara, Kathmandu starting at 11 am that day.

The book closure date for the dividend and AGM is on Poush 06. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 25% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 374th meeting of the board of directors held on Ashoj 21 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 94.3 crores. 19% bonus shares worth Rs 17.91 crores and 6% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 5.65 crore have been proposed.

The paid-up capital after dividend adjustment will be Rs. 1,12,21,70,000. Furthermore, the AGM will also endorse raising the authorized capital from Rs. 1 Arba to Rs. 1.15 Arba.
