Do Not Forget: Last Day to Grab Dividend of These Two Companies

Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBS) has called its 8th AGM on 31st Chaitra, 2077. The AGM will be held in Sahayatri Party Palace, Syangja, starting at 8 am that day.

Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the 16.15% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 157th meeting of the board of directors held on Chaitra 01 has decided to distribute 15.34% bonus shares and 0.8% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. 

The AGM will also elect four board members from the promoters and two from the general investors. The existing promoter to public shareholding ratio is 78.24: 21.75. This AGM will discuss the issuance of FPO to increase public shareholding to 30%.

The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 19. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Chaitra 19 to Chaitra 31.

Likewise, Sarathi Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SNLB) has called its 12th AGM on 3rd Baisakh, 2078. The AGM will be held in Hotel Araniko, Dhulikhel, Kavre starting at 11:00 am that day.

Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the 8.55% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute 8.13% bonus shares and 0.42% cash dividend for the fiscal year. 

Furthermore, the AGM will elect four board members from the promoters and two from the general investors and endorse the agendas to issue FPO.

The book closure date is declared on Chaitra 19. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
