Dobhan Hydropower appoints Sanima Capital as issue manager for its upcoming IPO; Solu-based hydro producer to float 22.80 lakh unit shares for the public investors

Dobhan HydroPower Company has appointed Sanima Capital as issue manager for its upcoming IPO issue.

The agreement was signed between MD of the hydro company Mr. Puranjan Rai and CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Bishm Raj Chalise amid a program, as per the media statement.

The hydro company will be floating 22.80 lakh unit shares to the general investor's worth Rs 22.80 crore. The hydro company is currently constructing 5.2 MW Junbesi Khola hydro project in the Solukhumbu district which 75% of the construction work is complete so far, as per the media statement.
