Don't Forget! Last Day to Clinch Dividend Proposed by Reliable Nepal Life Insurance

Today is the last day to grab the 16.84% dividend proposed by Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited (RNLI).
The company called its 7th AGM on 29th Magh, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Lisara Banquet, Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM that day.
The 126th board of directors meeting on Poush 24 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4 Arba. 16% bonus shares worth Rs. 64 crore and 0.84% cash dividend worth Rs 3.36 crore have been proposed. The cash dividend has been proposed for the tax amount on bonus shares.
Magh 15 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
