Four companies that have declared their dividends in cash or stock are having their book closure tomorrow. Today is the last date for the shareholders of these companies to hold the shares if they want to claim the proposed dividend of the below-mentioned companies.

Today is the last day to grab the 10.5263% dividend proposed by Kalika Power Company Limited (KPCL).

The company called its AGM on 28th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in Diyalo Foodland Chitwan Pvt. Ltd., Bharatpur-10, Chitwan, starting at 11 am that day.
