Don't Forget: Last Day to Grab Dividend of Life Insurance Corporation Nepal (LICN) and Nerude Laghubitta (NLBBL)

Today is the last day to grab the dividend of Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited (LICN) and Nerude Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NLBBL).

Life Insurance Corporation Nepal Limited (LICN) has called its 18th AGM on Falgun 25, i.e. March 09. The meeting will be held in LIC Nepal, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 10:30 am that day.

Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2075/76. Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited (LICN) 108th Board Meeting has proposed a 10.5263% dividend including 10% bonus shares and 0.5233% cash dividend (tax purpose) for the FY 2075/76. The existing paid-up capital of the company is Rs 2.01 Arba. 

The book closure date is announced on Falgun 07. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend and can also attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Falgun 07 to Falgun 25.

Likewise; Nerude Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NLBBL) has called its 14th AGM on Falgun 22, i.e. March 06.

Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The company has proposed an 8.42% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The 264th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 24 has decided to distribute an 8% bonus shares and 0.42% cash dividend (including the amount for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 45,72,94,050.

The book closure date is declared on Falgun 07. Thus, investors maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM. Books will be closed from Falgun 07 to Falgun 22.
