Don't Forget! Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by CEDB Hydropower Development Company

Today is the last day to grab the 11.5789% dividend proposed by CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited (CHDC).
The company has called its AGM on 31st Baishakh, 2081. The meeting will be held in Newa Bamboo Cottage, Harisiddhi, Lalitpur, starting from 8:00 AM that day.
The board of directors meeting on Baishakh 10 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 83.94 Crores. 11% bonus shares and 0.5789% cash dividend (tax purposes) have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are 9,23,351 units, and the cash dividend (including for tax purposes on bonus shares) is worth Rs. 48.59 lakhs.
The book closure date is on Baishakh 19. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
