Don't Forget! Last Day to Grab Dividend Proposed by Global IME Bank

Today is the last day to grab the 9% dividend proposed by Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME).
The company has called its 17th AGM on 28th Mangsir, 2080. The meeting will be held at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting from 9 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 9% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 429th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 19 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 35.77 Arba. 1% bonus shares and 8% cash dividend (including tax) have been proposed.
Mangsir 13 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
